Allergic Reaction to AirPods Pro (1st Gen)

I’ve always had Beats Flex headphones. When I switched to Apple AirPods Pro (1st Gen) my ears felt very sore, then I noticed that I was getting pimples in my ears and ear drainage. The pimples were really painful and itchy, and I couldn’t use any headphones until the pimples cleared. I cleaned my AirPods after every use. Not knowing what’s causing this reaction to my ears, when the pimples cleared up, I used the AirPods again, and the symptoms I previously stated, returned.

Considering I’m not the only person who has experienced these symptoms, I’m not purchasing any more AirPods until this issue is resolved.
