Search function in Mail

Search has quit working in my Mail. I've tried rebuilding the mailboxes to no avail. it just sits there and does nothing. Any suggestions?

Search function not returning any results With this most recent update, no matter what criteria I choose for searching, I get no results. I have tried ALL Mailboxes, selecting individual mail boxes, searching the Inbox... Searching the Inbox while LOOKING at the email I want Search to find... I rebooted I Synchronized All Accounts Nothing is working.... Who else is having issues with Apple Mail search? What have you done to fix it?
