Apple Pencil USB C not working after a few hours not being used

Like the title says, is it normal?

It’s brand new, I bought the iPad Air 5 with the Apple Pencil USB C but it always not working after a few hours of not using it even tho the battery level is 90% or even 100%.

The only thing I can do to make it working again is by “Forget This Device” then plugging the Pencil directly to the iPad using a cable, I can’t pair it just using bluetooth it keep failing to pair with bluetooth connection.

After a while it’s not even showing on bluetooth anymore

But after I plugged in to my iPad it working fine like nothing’s wrong.

Anyone have this issue too?

Know why’s that?

Am I just unlucky coz getting a bad batch or unit like defected unit?
