Connecting two external Monitors to iMac 24" 2021 M1
I am trying to determine if there is a workaround to connect two external monitors to 2021 iMac M1.
Not without additional hardware.
You can use things like DisplayLink to add additional displays by using special adapters and software, but this will introduce lag between the Mac and the display and is not suitable for high refresh rate applications such as video render or games.
If you really need more displays than what the iMac can handle, maybe you should consider switching to a Mac Mini with an M3 Pro CPU (up to 3 independent displays) or a Mac Studio (up to 8 independent displays with the M3 Ultra CPU).
