Wondering how to get rid of this message on my iPhone

I have (hopefully) got everything going through 1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1 at Cloudflare but still can not get rid off the message on my iPhone 15. That being said on my old iPhone 12 that doesn't have a phone number associated with it, the message doesn't show up.
