How can I tell if my carrier services have been compromised on my iPhone 14 Pro Max?

hi, I am using iPhone 14 Pro Max from last year but now it seems like my mobile is hacked or monitoring by any other device too. Can someone guide how can I check if it is monitored by someone else or not? Is receiving a call from a number which is not belong to any network can be the reason of a problem like this? When I check it’s showing these things I don’t understand it.
