I am not able to use my Face ID because it claims my iPhone is stolen

Yeah me too my device is always at home it can’t be stolen. Course maybe it has something to do with I’m not able to turn on my Mac in my devices. Anyhow I have been trying to fix it for a long to. I asked support how to get the right address in find me. They told me that sometimes it works to turni what doesn’t work off restart the turn it on again but that don’t work either not for me anyway
