Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Safari not opening Apple.com and App Store can’t connect

When going to Apple.com or iCloud.com in safari it says can’t open the page as can’t establish a secure connection but it will open all other sites ok. And the App Store says cannot connect.

it is an old Mid 2013 MacBook and I want to try to update it but can’t

have tried in safe boot and the same thing happens

It will help us get a good idea of what is causing your problem if you provide a report of your system, that way we do not have to play 20 questions with you. Once you have you downloaded the app and installed it, please run the report and save it. This report will help us get a good idea what has been installed on your system and help us be able to diagnose what may be wrong.
