Barcode scanner won't work on iPhone

I see lots of others wondering what the fix is with this. If you find out PLEASE let me know. I use an app that has always worked in the past, but now I can't use any app to scan. If I'm quick, I can see the barcode reader pop up, but is IMMEDIATELY covered by a blank screen with a back button. I have tried every fix I could find on here and other websites but so far no luck. I need this to do my job! Not that I mind a vacation from work, but I'm planning a trip next month and need the extra moola so I need the barcode scanner to work!

HELP! If anyway knows a post that works, please enlighten us. This is costing me money!!!
