Apple Music/Family Sharing Suggesting Explicit Songs to kids accounts

We have a family-sharing subscription for Apple Music and I've created an Apple ID for my two kids under the age of 7. When I go into their settings, under Screen Time, Content & Privacy Restrictions, and Content Restrictions, everything is set to Clean, G, don't allow explicit language, etc. When my son searches songs on his ipad, under his apple ID which is set for a 5 year old, the platform continues to suggest Explicit songs to him or will auto-que explicit songs. Does anyone know how I can change this? What step am I missing here?
