I cannot open dial tone while making calls on iPhone
Other functions work but I cannot get a dialtone to make calls.

Cell phones don’t play have diatones. To make a call tap Contacts, tap the name of the contact you want to call and tap the number, or open the Phone app, tap on Keypad, enter the number, and tap the green button.
