I can't send touch tones on incoming calls. This makes it impossible to receive "callback" customer service calls that require you to enter '1' after pickup up the call to continue.
Any ideas? New obscure semi-hidden setting?

When you get an incoming call, don’t answer until after the 2nd ring. The calling network must send an “answer supervision” signal to your carrier’s network to enable DTMF signaling, and some networks are slow to send it.

Waiting for third rings and still does not let me hit 9 to open my apartment building door. I have a Spectrum esim. Frustrating!
