Sorting the order of favourites in Health App

Hi, I've been using a Garmin watch for ages and am used to having certain things on the home screen in the Garmin Connect App on my iPhone.

I'm switching to an Apple Watch so went to have a good look at the Health App in iOS 17.

I see that I can choose favourites but can't see a way to order them so that they are in an order which is useful to me.

I can't imagine they are not sortable at all but only see that I can turn on/off something in the list. I can't figure out how one sorts them in the app.

Could anyone tell me how to go about it, please?
