I cannot hear my notification of a phone call or a text
Using an iPhone 15.

- Check the Mute switch on the left side of the phone at the top.
- While viewing the Home screen adjust the volume using the two buttons on the left side of the phone below the mute switch
- Open the control center by dragging down from the battery icon and look at the button next to the word Focus. If it is while (Do Not Disturb is enabled) tap it to turn it off.
