How do I recover or make new ringtone in iOS 17.4.1 on iPhone 13?

Apple had me erase my iPhone to fix some problems I was having. I had to reinstall my Apps and the custom ringtone I made is gone. I have the song I used to make the ringtone on my MacBook Air. How can I make and install a new ringtone?
