Every time I try to order something it keep saying that my iTunes App Store is disabled

I have signed into my Apple account but when I go to watch a movie or purchase from the Apple TV app a message pops up saying my account is disabled in the app store and iTunes. I’m not able to watch anything due to the disable message

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support.
