Apple TV is randomly changing to max volume on TV and/or on my A/V reciever
Watching a show on You tube TV the system suddenly changes volume to maximum loudness. It does so on the A/V receiver and on the TV speakers.

If the Volume Up button on your remote is stuck or damaged inside, then the described behavior could happen.
To test if the issue is with the remote, try putting the remote away in a metal box, or pointed elsewhere (for IR volume control), or just far away (out of bluetooth reach), then see if the behavior continues.
Try restarting just the Apple TV remote: If the volume buttons on your Apple TV remote aren't working - Apple Support.
Else contact Apple Support for their take on this, and if they think you need a replacement remote.
