Block app download from child’s phone
How do I keep my kid from re-downloading Snapchat and TikTok? They had the abs installed on their device and so they can just go and re-download them. How do I keep this from happening?

Try going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps under 'Store Purchases & Redownloads' and change it to 'Don't Allow'.
If that doesn't work, you can try giving the app a time limit of 1 minute. It's not perfect, but better than nothing.
