Why isn't Face ID used on Mac computers like it is on the iPhone?
Why isn't Face ID used on Mac computers like it is on the iPhone? Seems like a simple thing to program.

Face ID requires the TrueDepth camera, which is only present on some iOS devices.
There have been rumours and speculations about Apple bringing this camera to the Mac, but nothing concrete yet.
