Turning on findmy iphone when iphone is lost.

I have lost my iphone. Unfortunately, the findmy feature is not on on my iphone so I cannot ping it. Please let me know how I can get the feature turned on without having my phone with me.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Sorry, but Find My MUST be turned on before a phone is lost or stolen. There is NO way to enable it after something bad happens. Did you at least use a Passcode on the phone? If no, anyone who finds your phone will have easy access to your data and to be able to wipe the phone for their own use.

At a minimum, notify your carrier and ask them to blacklist the phone so no one can set it up to use as an actual phone.

There is no way to track your phone, except to trace your steps the old fashioned way.
