Magnetic Strap for Apple Watch

I bought an apple watch SE 2022 40mm compatible magnetic strap. The strap is made in China but not from any reputed brand.

My question is,

Can the magnetic field of the strap damage my watch?
Can it damage my iPhone 13 if I put it in my pocket along with my phone?

I don't believe the magnetic watchband will adversely affect your watch or phone.

Apple also makes at least one magnetic watchband, the Milanese Loop.
