iPhone 13 Pro's Excessive Data Usage on WiFi - over 30G an hour!

Moved to a new place, same provider (unfortunately stuck with XFinity) but havent changed my usage habits. Low data turned on and checked battery usage and everything. For some reason I got 126gb of usage in ONE DAY on my iphone. What could be eating massive amounts of data like this? During these peak usage times, I was not backing up or downloading anything to my knowledge and I don't believe anything significant was in background refresh.
