Acorn subscription through Apple not showing newest shows!

This has occurred more than once. Brokenwood Mysteries Season 10 premiered and episode displays but prompted to subscribe to Acorn to watch. This usually resolves in a few days but is totally unacceptable. It’s like Acorn app and subscription or through Amazon will work but Apple Acorn does not. I like having everything through Apple but no reason for this problem. Any advice to get around?

I have multiple subscriptions, and have done similar to you with them through Prime, or direct through an app download such as Acorn or Britbox or PBS, etc. In this current case, Acorn was added to AppleTV directly without the app and paid as a subscription add-on. I don't have an Acorn app as an example and have to access Acorn through Apple TV app. The latest episode of Brokenwood is only available if I was to cancel my subscription and subscribe through Amazon or Acorn directly. This has occurred and not corrected yet.
