Recently had a sshd installed as well as a new logic board but frequently if I power off the machine it will not boot unless unplugged for days. Then it boots normally until it’s powered off. When I try to restart all I get is the Apple logo.
Anyone else having this issue?
What year model is the iMac..?

Will it startup or restart in Safe Mode..?

Have you tried repairing the startup drive and/or reinstalling..?
If your Mac starts up to an Apple logo or progress bar - Apple Support
Take the computer back to the shop that installed the SSD. Moving forward NEVER EVER let anyone but an Apple Authorized Service Provider touch your Mac.
Then please take it back, if they are an Apple Authorized Service Provider they guarantee their work.
All the work was done at an authorized All work was performed by an authorized apple service center.
