Can I buy Apple Care+ for my Refurbished iPhone 13 mini?

If I buy a refurbished iphone 13 mini from someone OTHER THAN APPLE, can I also buy the Apple Care for it?


My iphone 12 mini is having issues... I had the battery changes at an Apple dealer, but it is still "dying" every few days. I would like to get a "newer" phone, but I have small hands, and these large phones are too difficult for me to hold.


I would like to buy the 13 mini, but am concerned about having to spend even more money on it without the Apple Care. Does anyone know if Apple will continue to support this phone?

AppleCare + can only be purchased within 60 days of purchasing a phone from Apple.
