Apple TV screen goes white
When I click on Apple TV on my MacBook Air I get a blank white screen

Verify that you are internet connected when you open the app, as it will try to load online images and preview videos. Offline it can only show the local library, if that contains anything.
Try these Mac troubleshooting steps:

- Test an issue in another user account on your Mac. This will tell you if account related settings interfere.
