apple reminders on a pc

Apple reminders on my PC laptop is almost useless. Is there an add-on or other app that I can use to get more of the reminders' features like sorting by tag.

REMINDERS in Mojave and High Sierra once i upgraded iOS? can anyone explain to me what this link is trying to tell me? i literally just finished figuring out that i had to remove all hashtag symbols from my notes while on my laptop using Mojave since upgrading to Mojave prevented me from seeing those notes with the hashtag symbol on my desktop running High Sierra. i think it took me four months to figure this out because it is not explained in any tech bulletin. does anyone know what this link is saying? my phone upgraded an iOS so now i can't see any reminders on my laptop or desktop running Mojave and High Sierra respectively? what are the workarounds? i have to use Reminders on the cloud when using my computers? Reminders only show up on my laptop I use my phone to set a reminder. Reminder never shows up on phone. I login to my laptop, wadda ya know, all of my reminders and missed app requests from my children. Yeah I can log out and log in again... but have to resync wallet etc. Seriously Apple, this is not that hard of a problem to solve.

To the best of my knowledge, the only option Apple provides for Reminders on Windows is through iCloud's web interface.

There are third-party reminder apps that have applications for both iPhones and Windows.
