Unable to receive or make phone calls or text messages

I have service, I’ve gone to geek squad and factory reset my phone as well as my carrier to try to fix, phone is active and internet works, but every time I try to make a call, call ends before trying, same thing Happens if anyone tries to call me, and if I try to text I get the message: Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active. But I can receive some texts. I’ve already tried everything someone please help (iPhone 15 plus)
