I sent my wife an invite to be co owner on my Apple Card and it says Apple services are currently unavailable please try again later

Unavailable for sharing with Apple Card When my wife tries to add me to her Apple Card it says "Unavailable for sharing". She's currently the Organizer in our Family Sharing. I've troubleshooted it with the following which have not helped: -Both regions are set to the U.S. -Both ages verified to be above 18 -We're on the latest iOS software of iOS 16.6 -We have apple cash setup on both phones -Signed out of Apple ID, force reset, then signed back in -Completely rebooted her phone and reinstalled iOS -Removed then re-added the apple card -Removed then re-added me as a family member -Enabled purchase sharing on both ends In talking with technical support on both the apple and goldman sachs, side I've found no solutions. Family member can't verify payment methods I use Purchase Sharing with my partner (I'm the organiser). Today my partner wanted to make an app subscription purchase on her iPhone, but the device brought up the verify screen saying "to continue on this device verify at least one payment method family sharing". She selected the card she wanted to verify (my card but she has access to it), then she put in the CVV. But the "Done" button on the top-right corner was greyed out and nothing can be done to take her to another step. This happens to every card. I have done the followings with no luck, Removed all payment methods on my account, then readd just one card Did 1. again with other cards Disabled Purchase Sharing then Reenabled Any way I can workaround this? Thanks

Apple Card co-owner all transactions declined. I added my wife as co-owner to my Apple Card in May of 2022. Ever since, everytime she tries to use her Apple Card the transaction is decline for being over the spending limit. No limit was ever set and this was a clear technical bug. This was reported to the Goldman Sachs team, confirmed, and a case number was created. Ive since made 8 follow up calls and received 15 Apple Card email notifications that “our technical team is hard at work trying to resolve your issue” and still nothing. My wife has never been able to use her Apple Card a single time in 9+ months now. And the only option they ever suggested was closing the entire Apple Card account (which means taking a credit score hit) and stating from scratch again. What an awful experience. I wish someone at Apple would take notice of this (as it’s been reported by other users too) and get it resolved for all of us.

Are both iPhones on the current iOS version? Are you both currently in the US? Are either of you using a VPN or have VPN software or profile installed?
