iPhone reminders suddenly stopped making noise.

My reminders have stopped having any notifications, both banners and noise. They have always worked up until recently and the only thing I can think of is that I recently recalibrated my Apple Watch and now the notifications for reminders have stopped working on both my watch and my phone. occasionally I get notification noises on my watch, but not if it’s a daily reminder. I don’t get the reminders when the screen is locked or unlocked. I have looked in settings and under reminders I have Allow Notifications, Time Sensitive Notifications, Lock Screen, Notification Center, and/or Banners selected along with a sound and vibration selected. Mute notifications is also not selected. I have hard restarted my phone and it didn’t work. I have no idea what to do.
