I was approved for TruConnect program but there a problem I have iPhones 15 pro max .TruConnect only have sim card how can activate my service account need help

I'm not familiar with TruConnect, but read they are a low cost MVNO provider. If they don't support eSim and you have an iPhone made for the US, you won't be able to use them on an iPhone which is eSim only. Since they have nothing to do with Apple, you'll need to ask them for help.

If they don't support eSIM devices, you can't activate that service on your iPhone.
