Apple Watch doesn't show distance covered while Roller Skating when I choose roller skating on my watch, the app doesn't show me the kilometers I've done. Open the Watch app on your iPhone. Then:

My Watch > Workout > Units of Measure > [all subsequent top selections in each category]
