send only my Blood Pressure Data to my doctor

Hello,

I don't believe that only blood pressure can be sent directly.

The easiest workaround is this:

Go to the Health app > Vitals > Blood Pressure and look at the numbers. Then take a screen shot and send it, or type them into an email.
