Allow camera access in App or website iPhone 14 Pro

I’m trying to send picture with WhatsApp, but when I try a pop up comes out and sends me to settings. However there is no option to activate the camera or microphone.

This happens also whenever I want to share pictures on a website while using safari. It still directs me to the setting but then I’m not allowed to activate the camera or microphones (there’s no option) Any lead would be helpful!
