Not receiving monthly challenge awards on Fitness +

I’ve successfully completed both the March and April monthly challenges, exceeded them in fact, and I’ve not received the award for either month!

I was working towards completing each of the monthly challenges this year, so I’m really disappointed that they just haven’t updated.

Does anyone know what I might be able to do to resolve this?

I had been considering buying an Apple Watch, but reconsidering if I won’t be getting the awards!

I’m on a iPhone SE, not a 6S as shown below, and iOS version 17.2.1
