What should a person do when this has happened multiple times? What should a person do when they bring it to the apple store and they do this and just hand it back to you and say it's fixed? What should a person do when the apple store then says "well maybe you have too much stuff" after they reboot it and then you get brick walled and they basically can only say "iunno"?

Ask to speak with someone higher level. This is a user to user only forum and we have way to diagnose or fix your phone if it is having issues.
