Magic Keyboard on safari and others apps didn’t work well (IPAD PRO)

I have a lot of issues using the Magic Keyboard, especially when I'm browsing in Safari. I need it to be more compatible with all apps and websites. Sometimes I can't navigate or perform certain tasks due to compatibility issues between the Magic Keyboard and iPad. I'm attaching relevant information, such as a simple game's compatibility, where another company mentions they can't do anything because the problem lies with Safari and the Magic Keyboard or other keyboards. I hope to receive a prompt response. It's not fair to purchase something that doesn't fulfill even the basic functions.

Could you provide some details about the issues you say you have when browsing the web with Safari? Do those issues go away if you use Chrome or Firefox? This is essential info for anyone to be able to help you.

As for non-Apple apps or games, it is always the responsibility of the people who produce those to make them work properly. But you can still let Apple know about problems you see via

Some details: “GeForce Now” Can I use a keyboard and mouse to play on iPad? You can use a keyboard or mouse for navigating game menus only or for typing in usernames and passwords but a gamepad is required for playing games. Keyboard and mouse is not available for gameplay due to limitations in Safari.

Can I use a different browser than Safari? At this time GeForce NOW only supports Safari on iOS and iPadOS.
