I just got a new MacBook Air and want upload my iPhone photos into it. Which Thunderbolt 4 cable do I get that will fit my phone’s port?

AFAIK, no iPhone supports Thunderbolt 4 performance, only USB 2.x or 3.x ... so, you don't need to use a Thunderbolt 4 cable for this connection.
You also did not mention which iPhone model you have which would be helpful for any cable recommendations.
