I have loaded a $25.00 apple gift card, and it is in my account, so why are my apple payment being rejected?

You may need a credit or debit card on file when you’re purchasing or have purchased age restricted content. Apple will draw first from the Apple ID Account, but if the account is out of funds alternate payment methods will be charged.

Please contact Apple Support for additional support on the matter. Just asked why are payments being rejected and I told you one possible reason. Apple Support Community is a public discussion forum and does not have access to your personal or financial information.
