Gap near charging port in my new iPhone 15

My new iPhone 15 has a gap between the screen and the aluminium frame of the phone near the charging port; wide enough to insert a visiting card

So I recently noticed this weird gap the metal frame and the screen of the phone while in the sunlight, and I suppose even some of the internal components are also visible, I took it to the nearby Apple authorised service centre and spoke to a personnel over there that told me this was a common occurrence and nothing to be worried about, it that really a thing ?

it’s been more than 2 weeks since, and the more devices I get my hands on the more I realise that this “gap” is not a common occurrence

Q1.) Is it really fine and i did not receive a defective device?

Q2.) should I take it to some other Apple Store for someone else to inspect the device ?

Q3.) If, as mentioned by the service centre employee, this Is a common occurrence in iPhone 15s doesn’t that just goes against the reputation of a company like Apple delivering such products to its customers?

Shouldn’t they do something about this?
