My Messenger ringing on husbands phone

When some one rings my messenger my husbands phone rings too, but he does not even have messenger on his phone. How can I stop this please.

Adding to muguy’s questions, “Messenger” to me suggests FaceBook. Is that what you mean? If so, what FaceBook related apps do each of you have?
