Move media from Photos to Files on iPhone

Hi,

I would like to find a way to move all of my drone media (which I have saved in a specific album in Photos) to a folder in the files app.

This problem emerged because I have my iCloud storage almost full but the most are these files which contain a lot of long high quality videos. So my solution would be to have them in a local folder on my iPhone (which is mostly empty) NOT synced to iCloud, and of course removing them from the Photos app and consequently from iCloud storage.
