I am getting a Spinning Wheel and nothing is responsive, this has never happened before and it happens randomly where nothing works. I suspect a malware from an unsigned app I downloaded. I downloaded a Cracked Photoshop and this began please any assistance would be helpful. Thanks

Best advice. Wipe your machine and install a clean copy of macOS. In the future, don’t install illegal, unlicensed software.
Post the report. It is likely that your Host file has been modified with the photoshop app you downloaded to prevent it from phoning home. Also those same sites that posts this kind of software contains Malware that you most likely have. That is to be expected. If you are lucky you may be able to remove this malware, otherwise you will need to do a clean install of the OS.
Delete this file & restart...
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.adobe.agsservice.plist
