Airpod max connection issues

I’ve had my AirPod max for 3 months and I’ve been experiencing connection issues. I can’t connect them to any devices once I do manage to connect them to my phone I can’t hear anything from them the noise cancelling doesn’t work, nothing. I’m really disappointed since I paid alot for these 😭 I’ve tried to reset them and still nothing. I’m going to Apple Store to get them sent off for repair hopefully they don’t charge me since I have Apple care+.
