Why am I not able to text any android or receive any messages from any androids? Even if I am in a group with an android, I am not receiving any text messages from the group chat.

Open the Settings App. Then tap Messages. Is Send as SMS and MMS Messaging turned on? If no, turn them on. If yes, you'll need to contact your carrier for help as text messages is a carrier supported feature and they likely haven't provisioned your account for SMS/MMS properly.
