Unable to send SMS texts off of my iPhone 11

I have an apple eleven

updated and lost my group texting to an Apple & Android

cannot connect with android & apple as a group

please Help

iPhone 15 unable to send group texts that include an Android user iPhone 15 no longer able to send group text that includes an android user, but I can individually text that user and send photos and I can group message several iPhones successfully . I have tried all combinations of turning off MMS, messaging, restarting, and resetting carrier settings, turning MMS back on etc. lots of old threads on this but not finding anything current or new that I haven’t tried.

Cannot send to group texts of iPhone & android users on my iPhone 14 I can text them each individually but not together. I can receive a group text including both types of user and I can see their conversations but cannot reply
