stopping the Exercise ring and Move ring notifications

Hello,

I can't find anywhere a way to remove the Move Ring and Exercise Ring notifications.

On your iPhone, open the Settings app ➡️ Notifications ➡️ Fitness ➡️ Fitness Notification Settings (All the way down) ➡️ Goal Completions: Set this switch to OFF.

It is already turned off but i still receive the notifications. Is this a bug?
