My phone goes black
My phone turns off randomly out of nowhere I try shutting it down tapping the open button a lot of times I press on the screen a lot
i have an iPhone 11 when it goes black I still get notifications and when it’s black to fix it i say hey siri call someone until they respond then my phone opens, how do i fix this, i tried messaging apple support but my message wont send to them but will send to everyone else someone pls help me or tell apple support my problem pls
