Unable to get GMail account on iPad 10th generation
When I noticed that my Google Mail account did not transfer my previous e-mails to my new iPad 10th generation, I followed prompts to sign into the account again. After completing username and password, I was told for two step authentication, I was to open the Google app on the iPad, and type YES where prompted. I can’t find such a prompt when I open the Google app. When I click “try another way” sending the code to my cell phone is grayed out. That would be so much easier.
