I am unable to fix iCloud data issues in Ark Survival Evolved

I've already tried hard restarting and logging in and out of my icloud drive. I dont know what to do. I need to icloud save but it won't let me.

No Icloud operations seems to work I tried to delete a bunch of files in my iCloud, they are still in deleted. When I try to Delete All the operation runs for a long time before failing. I try to move a folder out of iCloud it does the same. What am I missing?

Hello, I am not able to upgrade or access my iCloud I'm trying to upgrade my iCloud storage but when I click on my name on the settings page it's light grey and when I tap it nothing happens,
